Overall, for the year 2009, there was a 4.4% decrease in the number of reported incidents.  There were 2,499 offenses reported in 2009 and 2,613 reported in 2008 for a difference of -114.  The month of February 2009 showed the greatest decrease over 2008 with a 23.2% decrease.  

There were 16 reported incidents in 2009 that were unfounded.
