WHAT'S NEW AT BPD? 

Chief of Police Tobe C. Green's office has moved and is now located at 

503 Mansfield Street (2 blks east of police headquarters).  His telephone number remains the same.

Other police department offices and services will be moving in the next several weeks in preparation 

for our upcoming renovation project.  New locations will be posted here as offices relocate.

Renovation is expected to begin in June and last for approximately ten to twelve months.

As chief, I take great pride in working with the outstanding men and women of our department.  Their commitment and dedication to protecting and serving the citizens of Brunswick, and its visitors, are truly remarkable.

The department's mission is to provide a high level of service for the more than 15,000 citizens of Brunswick, encompassing over seventeen square miles of patrol territory.  The Brunswick Police Department is a community oriented full-service agency who's services include patrol, criminal investigations, drug enforcement, special enforcement, and community policing.

Citizens can now access Brunswick Police Department incident information via CrimeMapping.com's innovative on-line mapping software.  The information, updated once daily, is categorized into 14 different groups of crime types and plotted onto a geographical map of the City of Brunswick. 

In addition to being able to access information for the city as a whole, citizens of the City of Brunswick are able to enter their own address to become more informed of the activity occurring in their own neighborhoods.
